Paypal keep asking me to add a bank account again and again

Paypal keep asking me to add a bank account when I try to link it to ex: apple store, although I already added one and it's working fine.

Check if there is a "Change" link in the dialog box for you to select your linked bank account.
Or try disabling the linkage at PayPal below (if linked) and try re-linking again at Apple and then go back to these pages and make sure the right funding source is select for these Automatic payment profiles by clicking the Pencil icon:
PayPal Personal Acct:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
PayPal Business Acct:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments
Click Merchant from list and select Cancel on the next page.
