Hi.. i'm a shop owner on Creative Market and i was trying to withdraw my earnings via paypal, it got rejected and gave this error "make sure your paypal account is active and valid", i've already used my account on multiple occasions and i've also contacted creative market support team to see if the problem is from their end and they said is the method is rejected it's because paypal rejected it, i want to know why? and how to solve this problem?
