Paypal invoice. Can't add money to paypal account.

Hello. I paid at a Qiwi and got an invoice for paypal. How do I add the money to my account?

Don't have to add money to your account to pay with PayPal. Add a credit or debit card on the PayPal Wallet page, confirm the card and select card as payment method when paying.

Currently it is not safely possible to transfer or add funds from Qiwi to PayPal and vice versa because it is really not necessary. If you are trying to exchange funds between Qiwi to PayPal, I would not do it as those exchange services could be fraudulent.

If you are using multiple e-wallets load each of them with your bank accounts/cards, selecting the payment method at checkout, using them separately depending on what e-wallet a merchant/store accepts, is the safest way and not get ripped off.
