I had a transaction that's unsuccessful but the amount is deducted from my account.
5 days ago i managed to get through to an agent via the message center, they claimed that according to her records the transaction IS indeed unsuccessful so the amount will be credited back to me (from my local bank) between 3 to 5 days.
UNFORTUNATELY, today is day 6th and the amount has yet to be credited.
I called up my local bank to find out that the money will be released to Paypal, unless on the 8th day, the transaction is canceled or verified to be canceled from paypal's side. This does not tally with what I was told and what infuriates me is you can almost never get hold of another agent on the message center.
Will someone please help?
