Hello. I'm a new user of paypal, and when someone tries to send me money, it's getting freezed. And it isn't even a big amount, like 3$, and the explanation is that "its due to a higher risk". And i either have the option to add tracking number (no? It was a digital service, not a physical item) or, to check that it was a digital service, fill in the date, and wait. They say the email to the buyer was sent, while after 6+hour wait there was nothing.
-It's not done through ebay
-I confirmed my phone number and email address
-It happens no matter whether the buyer checks the "no address needed" box or not
-I cannot refund people, because all it does is.. Freeze too. Both parties get a confirmation email, but money is nowhere to be seen.
There's a disclaimer that "It will be released in 7 days" but.. Nobody before me seems to write here about that problem, and i just want to get a clarification as to what is happening and how will it turn out.
