I have been trying to call their customer service but apparently, they are closed today. It is Friday 11:05am, what is the excuse?
If I have a pending deposit on my account, how can Paypal charge me again for the second time using the same transaction amount? I needed that money today and I'm going to be charged overdraft fees from my bank if this continues all day. Please help.
