I was able to do all the international transactions from my debit card via PayPal till 22nd June. Suddenly after 22nd June, I am not able to do so. It says to enable international transactions on my card which already has been enabled. I checked and verified with my bank. It is still enabled yet the paypal system says it's not. I have tried re-linking my card. It did not work. Tried enabling-disabling International Payment on my Debit Card. This also did not resolve issue. Worst thing in all this that I am not able to find any option to contact support whatsoever. I tried throught facebook but it keeps giving me "Sorry I don't understand." This is frustrating. Anyone from PayPal will actually try to help me here?
