Paypal funds pending

A friend of mine sent me money and its on pending, any way to get it quicker?

I am having the same problem it's over 48 hours after my shipped items delivered yet my funds is still pending, i have sent countless massages no response.

Sadly in your country the friends/family option is not available so all payments you receive are sent using the goods/services option and so paypal treat you as a seller.

I can't find the link for your country but the information is mostly the same.
