Paypal forcing me to link a credit card I don't have

I need to pay a bill for our team speak service etc... I have been paying these bills for years through paypal,

I have a bank account linked to paypal. Now when I click the paypal option to pay the bill I get a screen to link a credit card to paypal which I don't have and don't intend to get, and now I can't proceed to a payment... Any thoughts?

For some transactions paypal like you to add a card to act as an extra back up funding source before you can continue.
