Paypal error

Hello guys,

I recently opened a new Shopify store and linked my new PayPal Business Account. I approved my bank account, and I got an e-mail from PayPal stating that my sending and withdrawal limits have been removed and now I can start receiving money from PayPal. Then I tested a sample order from my website,using PayPal express checkout but it resulted in a prompt stating that the payment cannot be processed at that time and I should try an alternative payment method. Please tell me the solution, as PayPal did not reply to my e-mail.
