I've been trying to buy someone lately, been having the same error over and over. It keeps saying "Paypal error "We're sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later." What does this mean? anyway, I could fix it or get around it. Would really be helpful, I've tried looking up on this topic but it doesn't seem like anyone has an answer about this.
