I have received a Paypal transfer direct to my e-mail address from Germany for an item I have sold. This was because the Paypal function via the e-bay sale screen would not take the transfer. The e-mail payment was as per Paypal advice/instruction.
I am unable to find the method of getting the 'paid' section of the sale flagged as paid or get any satisfaction from the resolution centre. A human might help.
