Paypal is declining even adding my debit card to my account stating that it is declined. I checked my account and have money, so i called my bank assuming it might be their fraud department. turns out that its probably somthing to do with paypals fraud department. i cant seem to get in touch with them, so im wondering if this will either get their attention or if someone can tell me a work around.
