Sir/Ma'am,
Your financial institution declined a payment from your PayPal associated with the Google Ads account . They provided the following reason:
Unfortunately, they didn't give us a reason why. Check with them for more information.
I did check everything on both of my accounts and it looks good to go but still I'm getting this on my email! I need help and advice to resolve this.

I would suggest you check that the correct card is allocated to the billing agreement with Google. You can check and edit using the following instructions https://bit.ly/2MCg5sT. Please also check with your card issuer again to see if they have blocked certain online payments or that sufficient balance is available or that no internal limits have been reached.
