Hello, I got a Paypal Credit line, for which I was able to make a transaction for a flight with United; however, it wouldn't work with other merchants whether online or physical card, all while having 50% of my available credit on account, and purchases being less than such percentage. Dilemma; why/how was my purchase with United successful, and not with Spirit, DoubleTree Hilton & Greyhound? Thank you!
The only thing I can think of is for security reasons and the software is blocking it. Give it a few days time for the security system to reset. Then space out intermittently your transactions.
