Paypal credit buying from US to UK

Hi, i am from the UK, i want to buy a laptop from america and the option shows for paypal credit, when i log into my ebay and paypal to buy it, option to use paypal credit greys out all other options remain useable...

 "PayPal Credit isn't eligible for this purchase, which may be due to one of the following reasons:

• A seller isn't eligible to accept PayPal Credit
• You're buying an item sold in a currency that is not supported

any help is appreciated...! frustrating! 😞
