Shows I’ve paid them but they haven’t received payment?

Hello, @Pee1. Thanks for taking the time to post your concern here on the PayPal Community Forum.

 

If a transaction shows as Completed in your Activity, that means PayPal has forwarded the money to the recipient/seller. It's possible the recipient/seller just doesn't have access to the money in their account yet, but it's there. That's likely due to PayPal's Funds Availability Policy (https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/why-is-my-payment-on-hold-or-unavailable-faq1987).

 

If needed, the recipient/seller should review the information at the link I just mentioned and/or contact PayPal to receive further assistance with the payment. You shouldn't have to do anything as long as the transaction shows Completed in your Activity.

 

If you purchased something, but the seller refuses to ship the item, you can submit a dispute to PayPal and escalate it to a claim, if needed, to ask for a refund.
