Paypal checkout window on eBay doesn't work

I see from past messages that this is a recurring issue. A couple of days ago I tried paying with Paypal on eBay, on BOTH Firefox and Chrome, it didn't work. I see the pop up window logging me in and listing my payment options, but then it keeps spinning and processing, as if trying to log in again.

I attach screenshots.

I had the same problem in October last year, then it seems it was resolved for a while, now it's back again.

Btw, the Paypal window does work on other sites as usual.

Try clearing browser cache, cookies and restart device. Or maybe buy through the eBay app where you have to make sure you review the listing info thoroughly so you know what you're buying because the mobile device screen may be smaller.

I was able to use it two days ago. So the problem seems to be on and off.
