Paypal charges payment even tho i was declined on the site i wanted to buy from

Hello , i wanted to buy flight tickets from Lufthansa with paypal but i was declined . Then i tried to buy with my creditcard normally and it worked. After 2 hours , i get an email from paypal that they charged me the money for the Tickets from the payment that i was declined and now this payment i was declined for is in pending.. How can i cancel this ?

If pending / unclaimed WITH a cancel option you can cancel.

If pending / unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then it will time out 30 days post payment.

If its pending awaiting authorisation then again if not authorised it will time out 30 days post payment.
