About a week ago I made a purchase of 50$ (52.15$ after fees) which later got refunded because of some issues on the website I made the payment on (mannco.store if it needs to be clarified). This meant that I had exactly the 52.15$ on my PayPal account. Today I tried to do the transaction again, thinking that paypal would take the payment from my paypal balance. And it did, but it also charged the same amount from my bank account meaning that I paid double the amount (104.30$). The rest didn't get added to my paypal balance. I would've just sent paypal an email but I would have to choose a category about what I would be contacting them about and this isn't an option. I would love any kind of help.
