Paypal charged client extra 10$

Hello, we are using PayPal in our website  and our client had some problem while buying products from our website, PayPal charged her twice. First transaction was right which was  137$, but the second one which was 10$,  was not from our website but money was requested from our website (Company name was same ). We can see 137$ in our PayPal business account activity page but 10$ is not in the list  and we are curious for what  she was charged for (10$) and where did that money go?
