Paypal charged but no money in bank

Hello, I have recently brought something off paypal and when they tried to charge my bank 4 days later there wasnt enough money in my account at the time. Will paypal try to charge me again or will I have to do it myself?

They normally try a few days later and if still no funds they may try any back up card linked to your paypal account.
