I tried to make a purchase on-line using default payment method on Paypal which is a Chase Freedom Unlimited CC. It did not go through 4 times and there was an error saying "contact card issuer". It's a valid website I have used several times.
I called Chase and they said they received many complaints but it's not their fault and problem on Paypal's end. I called Paypal and there is no customer support until 6 AM PST.
So what the heck is going on over there? Why is the payment system broken now to the point it it unusable? They only fix thing during business hours in California?
Time to look for alternative to Paypal. I guess they are getting complacent and lazy.
