Suddenly Paypal is not authorizing me buy things online. The card used has been used before, and it was used 5 minutes before the 1st error message. I have tried without success purchases withing Google, Steam and Nintendo shop.
Interestingly, if I send money to a friend using the same card via Paypal, it goes through, even though the value sent is far higher than the goods I was trying to purchase. What kind of "security screening" is this one?
If they think it was a suspected activity, isnt sending money to people even MORE suspect?
Solutions such as "add new card" or "link a bank account" are not possible, as this is not really a solution
