Hi, I have recently got a refund and it was sent to my paypal account. It is a balnce of 25.02. When I tried spending the money it charged my card instead. Is there a way to use paypal balance and/or put the money back on my card?
If not, then you must ask merchant to cancel and issue a refund and then make the purchase all over again but make sure to select the PayPal balance as the main funding source and also set your preferred payment method in the PayPal wallet page to PayPal balance or go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Online Purchases > Change/Update
