Hi! I am trying to spend some of my paypal balance for some in game currency online and it keeps asking me to add a debit or credit card to complete your purchase. I want to use the paypal balance I got from someone giving me money but i dont want to put all of this money on the card. I just want to spend $5 dollars on this item. Will linking the card charge it to card or will it use my paypal balance. Thanks!
