Uh oh! It sounds like you may have a restriction, which would prevent you from making purchases.You can see this by logging into your account and checking the Resolution Center notifications at the top right of the screen. If there is a restriction, you should see the requirements to resolve the restriction listed there. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
