Paypal account not receiving payment

Hello, I wanted to inform you that yesterday I had withdrawn money from the Course Hero platform. I gave my paypal email id. But after withdrawal, I didnt get any notification from paypal that the payment has been received or not. When I opened paypal, there were no signs of that payment. So, when I contacted CourseHero, they told me to check with you all whether my account is ready to receive payments or not as in some cases, this issue occur. Please revert back and help me as soon as possible..

You have a personal India PayPal account, its more than likely you'll need to upgrade to a business account to accept/receive funds from third party site. Go to PayPal India Homepage to compare features of the personal and business accounts by mouseover of the top menu options.

 

Or open a separate business account:

https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/account-selection

 

Or, contact customer service for further assistance:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Upgraded my account to business. Received a mail from paypal that I can receive international payments. bank account is also verified. Still cannot withdraw from course hero. It is saying payout failed

If payment was sent to the incorrect email address, just add the incorrect email address to your PayPal account and confirm it. If your payment is unclaimed/pending for 30 days or your payment was denied or refunded, it will be refunded to the sender funding source used. You may need to also comfirm your email address and bank account if needed. Check below article for further details:
