I tried to make a purchase on a website and once I filled in my information it didn't give me a order number or order confirmation. So I checked my bank account and it says *PAYPAL Reversal and it says the name of the store I ordered from. It gave me $1 then took a $1 and I'm wondering did my order go through? Will I get charged from the merchant or did it not complete the order?
