I'm looking to buy a van from ebay classified add. the seller has said the he proposes to deal through eBay and by using PayPal PAD (Pay After Delivery) service which offers a refund policy. He has then sent me an invitation after requiring proof of ID. The invitation is asking for my bank details which all sounds a bit suspect to me. has anyone had any experience with this?
