Paypal Help Desk

Hi Everyone, 

Hopefully i get more joy here than with the paypal help desk. I've had an open ticket for about a week. 

I sold an item on EBAY and it sent payment to my email address with googlemail rather than gmail. Which according to paypal are separate accounts, yet the email address you use on the gmail side is the same. Can anyone help with response times / a way to help release my funds?

Can you 'add' the googlemail address to your paypal account and confirm it to see if the funds turn up, you can have 8 email addresses on the one paypal account.

I did not know this!  I'll give it a go and see if it works. Thanks so much. Will update if it does.
