Paypal Fees

HI, Can someone please verify:

I have sold something on ebay, the amount has been paid to paypal. I wish to refund the full amount. 

Will i still be charged the fee (which is £19)

If you refund a payment for goods or services the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned to you.
