I keep having issues with my paypal and no one is helping me. I have tried messaging three times and no one has answered the phone number also doesnt work and I'm fed up with it. I have over $500 on here that i can't claim because i keep getting errors. I entered the wrong ssn and now I don't know what to do it's asking me for more documents like my passport but I don't feel comfortable sharing that anymore. My money won't transfer and I can't even close my account. can someone help me please. i need this money to make necessary payments.
