Paypal Doesn't accept payment in your currency.

Hello,

I have just launched a website, https://www.flavorofromance.com. I have installed Paypal Button in it.

I am in  India and have applied for US Dollar currency. Problem is that when I click on Paypal Button for payment.  I get this message

"We’re sorry. This seller doesn’t accept payments in your currency. Please return to the seller and choose another way to pay."

What does that mean? How can I resolve it?  

Please guide.
