Paypal Customer Service

I've been using paypal for about 3-4 years now, and never had an issue with their customer service. However lately it feels as if they would rather transfer me to online chat rooms and have me wait a good day before responding to my issue, I am a patient person so this isn't too much of an issue however I do understand COVID Restrictions, but does anyone else have this issue? 

Context:

I have used my Paypal account, whilst being under 18 for years. I receive money through it all of the time, and I do have a job with legitimate W2s. But for some reason with Paypal, I can no longer collect money.
