Paypal Credit Refund Received but does not show on my Balance

Hi I received a £204 credit from a sale on Ebay that was cancelled by the seller. The money is shown in green on my PayPal account but not I repeat not on my balance. Please help with this I am so worried.

Regarding your refund money, these funds should reflect on your PayPal Credit account and not on your PayPal account balance. Furthermore, I hope this helps that refunds to a PayPal credit account would generally post within 7-10 working days from the date the merchant had processed the refund.
