Hi, I just recently made a purchase on depop. the total was only $5 but they had charged me $19. They sent me a notification on paypal about something about a hold but i exited it out and didn’t have time to see. I was charged on my bank statement but it didn’t show in my paypal statements. I asked the seller and she said she only received $5. Why is that so? how do i get my money back?
