Paypal Balance

so basically i recieved money and my balance still says $0. i never owed any money, i didnt do anything. i simply opened paypal to transfer it to my bank but it says $0. it does say i recieved it and it says completed so its not on hold or anything

I've had the same happen to me this afternoon (UK) I'm currently waiting for a reply from support which can take a few hours.
