I have received a refund from ebay but the paypal balance is £10 lower than the refund. Anyone have any ideas why this may happen??

Did you fund the payment to the seller part card and part balance?
Only funds from cards go back to the card once refunded but take a few days to complete.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
