Hello.Im using my paypal 3 year and i pay with paypal balance all time i never put credit card on him.And in last 2 days i have problem on one website to pay my service.When i go to paypal checkout there he redirect me to login on paypal,and when i login show me that i need to add credit card on paypal first.That never happend to me i ask support on that website ( dreamhost.com ) and they say is not the problem from them , that is from PayPal.Than i try to other website where i have other services but there was everything ok allow me to pay with paypal balance.Did anyone have the same problem as me? if there is anyone i would ask for help. Thanks in advance
