Hello, I am a user that is very new to using Paypal. I recently have been refunded money from a merchant. The card that I am using is a prepaid Visa card. I am trying to figure out where my money is going to? Is it going to the prepaid card or my Paypal account balance? I want to use my refunded money to spend on an item, every time I go through with the purchase I get a message saying my prepaid card is declined. So where is my money going? If anyone can answer this question I appreciate the help.
