Paypal Automatically denies someone from sending me money

Hi, 

 

I am having issues receiving money form a particular client. He's saying my account automatically denies him from sending payments to my account. My account has been verified for more than 4 years and the latest payment I received was on 22nd. What could be the issue? I have tried sending an invoice but he insists the problem persists.

Have the client contact PayPal customer service to review their account:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

 

Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.

 

Maybe the PayPal security system was tripped on the client's account because perhaps client tried to send payment as personal payment and it keep failing and so when you sent PayPal invoice, it failed too. Doesn't seem like Kenya accounts can accept personal payments, just commercial payments.
