Paypal Account Not Receiving Payments

According to an email from Paypal, I was paid 20 USD from one of my clients. However, I checked my Paypal account and have not received any money. It states in the email that if I haven't received any money, it may be because I haven't confirmed my email address... which I already have. 

 

What can I do?

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?
