Hi I am from South Africa and I've been having issues trying to send money to an email overseas. I've linked both my Mastercards but I Keep getting an error message which says, "We added your payment method, but can't use it right now, to continue choose, or add another way to pay" I've been getting this message for the past week with all my cards. Thank you

PayPal not add my local bank account I add my local bank account error try again next time.
