Is there a way to have paypal not approve a purchase if there isn’t enough money in my bank account. - I only have a debit account. No credit card back up. - it takes at least 6 days to add money to my PayPal account. So I can’t add the money before hand, because places like Amazon take the payment when they ship the product, not when the transaction is made, so sometimes I get NSF charges.
