A client sent a payment but she sent it to the wrong email address. It should of ended fr but she put ff. How do we claim this payment back?

If its showing as unclaimed with a cancel option in her paypal account then tell her to cancel.
If its showing as unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then it should time out 30 days post payment.
If its completed reach out to that email address and ask the recipient to refund, if they refuse then they may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item to get a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
