Hello, someone has sent me a payment but I have 2 email address’s and one is not verified they have sent the payment to the email that is not verified I no longer have access to this email address and the payment isn’t showing on my account how do we resolve this?

If its showing as pending or unclaimed on the SENDERS side then it would time out 30 days post sending.
IF there is a cancel option then tell them to use it but there may not be.
If its completed then they would need to open a dispute for non receipt of item which you do not challenge and so they get those funds back again.
Advice is voluntary.
