I sent money to my friend and it’s been like 3 days already she says she hasn’t gotten anything but I send it and it says on the recete it was sent immediately

Your friend has to check if their PayPal email address is confirmed and make sure you sent to the correct email address. Otherwise, give your friend the transaction ID number from the transaction details (click on transaction) so your friend can call customer service to trace the payment.

 

To contact customer service for assistance:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
