As posted earlier, can see who the payment went to in transaction details, but doesn't tell me what it was for. Don't recognise the company and don't remember paying them for anything. Need to know what I paid for?

Hi @howiecar10,

I'm sorry that the information in the transaction details doesn't jog your memory on this particular payment. Did the merchant send you an email at the time of the payment? Most merchants do if you used their checkout. If you retained emails from around that time, check to see if there's a clue there.

If you think the activity was unauthorized, please follow these steps to report it.
