PayPal wanted me to confirm the card I added after I tried to make payments and the funds was insufficient, I have added the card and confirmed it, I tried using the card again after adding funds to my account but they keep telling me "sorry we can't complete your purchase at this time, return to merchant. " I have tried severally to make payments with my paypal and it is still the same error message, please I need a solution.
